Six steps

From inquiry to regular settlement. Formal contract, specialised containers.

  1. 01

    Contact

    Initial inquiry — by phone, email, or the website form. The manager records establishment type, region, and approximate volume.

  2. 02

    Assessment

    Volume estimate, logistics review, collection schedule alignment. Selection of the optimal container type and quantity.

  3. 03

    Agreement

    Signing of a used-vegetable-oil collection contract. The document meets Ukrainian waste-management legislation requirements.

  4. 04

    Containers

    Delivery of specialised containers ranging from 20 to 1000 litres. Containers remain operator property; servicing is included.

  5. 05

    Collection

    Regular scheduled collection. The driver issues a document confirming removal of the used frying oil, stating the volume. Frequency — from once a week to once every two months, depending on volume.

  6. 06

    Payment

    Transparent settlement for the collected oil at a previously agreed price, based on the quantity of used oil removed. Regular payment within the agreed terms.
